Ohio Heartland Community Action provides services in Crawford, Marion, Morrow, and Richland, Ohio Counties. We are a private, non-profit corporation providing services to benefit low-income people in central Ohio. The overall goal of the Commission is to help low-income persons break the cycle of poverty and better their economic situation. In 1995, with a building expansion program for the Meadville location in their sights, the Crawford Community Center Foundation (predecessor to the Active Aging Foundation) was incorporated.
